Cust very unhappy with the fact that we don't make an adj for watering (if not single-family residental). They had done some work and did alot of watering outside. They more than doubled their normal usage.

Ms. Robinson of SCCAP sent ltr. to Mayor's office stating continuing problem with water quality due to gravel and debris in line. She had their lines checked and no problem was found. She thinks it is CBU lines.
Tenants park on the lawn every day. Yard is getting rutted out. I left warning.
Citizen states that there is trash out in front of this duplex that has been there for a long time and that the residents are continuing to add to the pile. There are no stickers and alot of the trash is not in bags or containers
The alley in the north half of the block bounded by 8th, 9th, fess and Park has a trash problem. Caller claims to have seen rats in this area.
Trees along the south yard are hanging over the side walk and you have to duck under them or walk in the street.
