Bicyclists, skateboarders who pass walkers unannounced, catching.walkers off guard and nearly grazing them. Some shout "Passing on the left", which I always acknowledge. But, too few do so. I suggest signs along trails to affirm and require this simple act of trail etiquette. We are frequent walkers on the B-line and we think Switchyard Park is a wonderful addition to Bloomington.
