Dear Rhea, my address is 4426 E. Sheffield Drive 47408. I am also appending a picture. I would normally not bother, but the can is still half full. I actually had entered the address in the window of the original request, but somehow it disappears (I had to enter it twice). I replied to your e-mail request, but noticed this morning that your request came from a "no-reply" sender. I tried to open the u-report case, but couldn't. So I am simply filing a new request. The sidewalk along Lincoln Street, near 8th street, has been blocked for the last few days during the daytime. It doesn't seem like anyone has been working there, so it seems like it has been closed just to be closed

This is my 93 year old mother's home and there is a homeless camp behind her house. They are using her backyard and a cut through to S Walnut St.

When I came out to retrieve y recycling cart, it had only been partly emptied and was still half full with cardboard and paper.
