A citizen came in to complain about trash around 102 S. Hillsdale Dr. She stated that they let the trash build up for at least 3 weeks before it is ever taken away. She also stated that there are mice in the yard. (the Citizen left a pic of the trash - I gave it to Kevin.)

A large pile of trash has been building up in the North/South alley behind 409 N. Clark St. The Caller stated that it seams that there are a lot of people dumping trash hear and everyone in the neightborhood recieved a letter making them aware that they need to put trash stickers on thier trash.
