The residents at 812/814 N. Jackson Street have a trash can with approximately 6 bags of trash on it in the alleyway. They put the can of trash next to the fence of the resident who lives at 523 W. 13th Street. The bags of trash have been there for several weeks. The trash pickup is on Tuesday but Sanitation does not go down the alley.
Mr Elliot is very upset about a trash, and rats/mice at 1011 N. Blair. He also thinks it is Over Occ. He wants this looked in to ASAP and he would also like a call back.

Police Dept. called spoke w/ Susie Re: Illegal Dumping in dumpster located at 1130 W. Kirkwood, this has beening going on for several months. The peole dumping in her dumpster are Darel and Loretta Ruble who live at 1208 1/2 W. Kirkwood Ave. 47404. She has proof that they are the people dumping.
This address has cars parking in the yard and has trash in the yard.
Have not shoveled the sidewalks
A citizen called to report that none of the sidewalks in Arlington Park Apartments have been shoveled.
A citizen called to report that the management at Woodbridge Apartments have not touched the sidwalks at all. The only part that has been shoveled was done by tenants.
Bill faxed over a list of address that had not shoveled the sidewalks. The list consisted of : 229 S. Maple, 228 S. Maple, 812 W. 3rd, 906 W. 3rd, 917 W. 3rd, 304 S. Maple, 804 W. Howe, both houses east of Maple on South side of Howe, The Nazarene Church, Building Trades Park, 623 W. Smith, 326-324 W. Fairview, 306 S. Jackson, Moose building at the northeast corner of Howe and Maple, the house on the southeast coner of Prospect and Jackson
Trash is piled up in black bags in the back yard of 102 S. Hillsdale. The neighbor stated that they do not put the trash out for pick up and that the trash has attracted mice to the neighborhood.
