A neighbor of 1400 S. Stull Avenue called to complain that the residents leave their refuse containers out at the curb all the time. They just put in new trash bags the night before collection. Their trash collection is Friday.

Tenants have not set trash out for pickup. It is sitting in the alley w/o stickers.
Citizen states that behind this residence next to the alley there is a mattress that has been there for quite a while next to their trash cans. Citizen states that the mattress keeps getting dragged out into the alley
The house is vacant and for sale by HUD. Someone set a trash can full of trash by the road several weeks ago with no trash sticker so it has not been picked up.
