Exceeds weight Limit of 40 pounds. As I was entering this in to the system, the resident called in four times cussing at me, calling my vulgar names, and threatening me before I even had a chance to explain the issue to him. Each time I advised the resident that I would not continue to speak with him unless he could refrain from cussing at me. The fourth time he called in I was able to also offer him to speak with my supervisor tomorrow when he comes in. The resident hung up at that time.

trash is being deposited on the southeast corner of the intersection of West 12th and North Jackson. 5 ft. tv and assorted trash being dumped here, not far from the railroad, not taken care of when he called previously
