The neighboring area has the Rock Climbing facility and they are often blocking her ramp and she cannot get out. Mary Friedman originally emailed the Office of the Mayor January 14th, 2016 complaining that this property had been abandoned for the last 5 years. At that time coyotes were living in the home. However, she emailed again October 19th, 2016, saying the property is now being occupied by a group of homeless people.

There are multiple issues. This home is abandoned. The floor in front of the door is missing and someone can fall directly into the basement. Many dead trees and branches on property. The front door and many windows are wide open. Garage doors have been vandalized and sprayed with graffiti. I have many other photos and can send them if needed.
