Browncliff was recently annexed by the City. It is currently signed "No Parking" . Mr. Little would like these signs to remain. (See letter in Traffic Complaint File)
Trash accumulating at the end of the driveway and blowing everywhere

Traffic by the Library project is terrible. Need to limit/prohibit parking on Grant Street across from Pygmalion's. It's to narrow. Construction often blocks 6th, 7th, and Grant at the same time. When 6th is blocked, cars must go the wrong way to exit the Library parking lot. Construction people should be reminded not to block all three streets at once. Can construction workers be given permits for Zone so that they don't have to park on Grant.
Complainant is requesting a "loading Zone" at the above address. (see letter in traffic complaint file)
Neighbors continue throwing trash into 1125 yard. He will pick it up weekly, now there is a beer keg thrown into his yard.
The Street marker sign installed by the developer at Franklin Business Park is too small. By MUTCD standards, it should be 8" instead of 5". Also, Stop signs and One-Way signage in accordance with MUTCD standards is required along Fairfield Drive.
At the northeast corner of 10th and Dunn, the Mr. Copy building has a "Fax" sign that is in the sight triangle. Also, there is a Herald Times newspaper box in the sight triangle. These two items obstruct the view around the corner. I called both involved parties, Mr. Seibert of Mr. Copy and Mohammed of the Herald Times and both items will be moved within the next couple of days. Citizen was wrote letter on 3-7-96 notifying him of these results.
Property continues to be in bad condition. There is trash around back, broken tree limbs, couches, and chairs. Cars are parking on the lawn and causing a mud hole-needs gravel. You have to drive around back, through alley, to see the mess.
