I live directly behind individuals who repeatedly let their 2 dogs outside on their small, fenced-in patio at any hour of day - most offensively before 7am on weekdays and before 8am on weekends. The dogs bark incessantly whenever they are outside, and the owners allow them to remain outside for varying lengths of time, barking to be let into the house or at neighbors on their patios. This is a public nuisance and possible animal neglect. This has been ongoing since March 2021, and the Oaklawn Park HOA refuses to address it.

We're over 1 miles from Bloomington South High School (off South High St), yet every Friday night for the past couple of weeks we've heard the PA system announcing the football games as clear as day. Property next to mine 516&518 south Woodlawn has been gutted with a pending permit and even more of a concern is the workers indicated a driveway and garage with a apartment on top is next I would like some input as this directly impacts my property

I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal.
