On College Avenue between 9th-8th Streets, east side of the road, all but 1 light is out. Reporting for data tracking along with repair request. If not City owned, please advise responsible party if possible. GPS location in uReport is not accurate.

Our water bill is way higher than typical. I have looked for a running toilet and checked in the house for a water leak but I'm not finding anything. Is it possible that the leak could be outside?
There are several potholes in front of 2613 and 2615 South Southern Ridge Court Bloomington Indiana 47403
HOLE in the storm sewer, corner of pleasant ridge and brown ridge, cant continue to pour asphalt in it, that is not a fix
