Lot just west of 608 W. 5th St. has unsafe shed/garage.

THE SIGNAL TIMING AT THE INTERSECTION OF BRYAN/THIRD/HIGH STREET NEEDS TO BE LOOKED AT. TRAFFIC OFF OF HIGH STREET GETS PRIORITY, THEN THE SIGNAL ON BRYAN STREET IS ONLY GREEN FOR LESS THAN 4 SECONDS (PEOPLE RUN THE INTERSECTION AT ALL TIMES. TONE STATED THAT IT IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.
CUSTOMER HAS CLEAN OUT CAP ON SEWER LATERAL OFF AND SEWAGE IS RUNNING INTO THE STREET
LEAK IN BETWEEN BUILDING AND HIS WATER BILL IS NOT HIGH PLEASE CHECK LEAK

Large hole beside & underneath house - approx. 15' deep.
Mr. Plecher complained that his water has a very bad taste/smell. Utilities chemist at Dillman explained city ran out of carbon to treat water & algea taste comes through. This seems to happen 3 or 4 times a year. couldn't city purchase more carbon more often so this won't happen again?
