The grass is so tall on the corner and it can be hard to see around. This yard has not been mowed in a very long time.

The small car on the left of the photo is parking on the grass. It is an ongoing problem for years at this property. Planning has a file. There is supposed to be railroad ties to mark the parking but the tenants and mowers move them. A call has been made to Planning today.

in the back end of our property we have a storm Storm pipe set up between me and my neighbor. This past weekend we had a storm where the pipe was pushing out alot of water causing it to cave in the ground and crowding the sides of the channel. It has been causing the sides to collapse and making the channel wider taking from the land. I placed some rocks to keep the storm water from damaging the channel last year. yet We will need to add some extra rocks to hold it in place since it can't withstand the pressure as shown in the attached image. House at corner or rockport and Rogers has yet to take care of thier lawn this year. Growth and weeds over 2 feet tall!

At 7am this morning, a racoon was eating the cat food we put out on our front porch. This has happened a couple of times in the past, but this racoon was acting different, staying in broad daylight and not running away when I yelled at it. Instead, it hissed at me.
