Hi, During the storm last week a large tree limb landed on Ridgeview Dr. It was pushed aside but is still in the street. It's an old city tree and probably needs to be removed. Thanks!
Poison hemlock infestation along the 4th St walking path between S. Jefferson and S. Roosevelt St in Green acres. This is not the only location of such an infestation of this poisonous invasive in Green Acres. There is also a tree of heaven established here. Lack of maintenance is chronic in this location. In general, lack of maintenance enforcement per city code of ROW and Utility Easements in Green Acres is, in my humble opinion, the reason that those of us who try to maintain our lawns, gardens, and outdoor living spaces, are in a constant losing battle against these invasive species. Sigh.

The alleyway on the southside of W 6th street between Adams and Pine (adjacent to 1221 W. 6th) is in SERIOUS need of repair. There is a lot of traffic in that alley as a result of the off street parking situation for the apartment houses near Kirkwood and Adams. The alleyway was covered in asphalt at one point and repaired with gravel. Today the gravel has been displaced and the surface is VERY uneven. Additionally there is a hazardous blindspot at the corner of this alley as a result of unkept landscaping at the abandoned house next door. Snow on sidewalk
Unhoused white woman 5'6" sleeps, loiters around front of the business located at 127 S. Gentry St. in the alley by the Hyatt parking garage. She is threatening staff of the store. She leaves cardboard and trash in the alley and they have witnessed her coming/going throughout the day for quite some time. Please clean up trash and relocate this woman. Olympus Properties has submitted Trespassing Affidavit with BPD.
