Traveling northbound on Lincoln Street approaching 10th street: The right hand stop sign is not visible until the motorist is very close to the stop. Also, as you look towards 10th Street, it is difficult to tell it is a busy thoroughfare. There have been several accidents with drivers, perhaps unfamiliar with the intersection, blowing through the stop and hitting vehicles traveling on 10th Street. I didn't realize I could post a photo - I may try to get one as it would be helpful.

I was at Lower Cascades park yesterday and the large rope play structure seemed less stable than normal. The blue center support pole was visibly swaying as kids climbed the ropes. I may be wrong, but i don't remember the pole moving on our previous visits to the park.
I just wanted to let you know so someone could take a look.
Thanks!
PS - we love lower cascades park.

I live on the Waterman section of W. 8th Street. A few years ago, before the city repaved our road, there were yellow center lines and also marked roadside parking spaces. When will the city repaint those lines? It has been a few years already. We have an issue of people speeding on our road, which they do by driving down the center of it regardless of oncoming traffic, pedestrians, and bicyclists. I think the speeding was less of an issue back when the road lines were painted because those lines prevented people from driving down the middle of the road like they do now. I think repainting the center lines and the parking spot lines, we could actually solve the speeding problem.
