The property owner is not taking care of the yard. Grass and weeds are well above the 8 inch limit. Yard has not been mowed at all yet this year. The photo submitted is the way the whole yard looks and is a very large lot. This same thing happened last year.
There is a dead possum in the gutter in front of 817 South Fess Ave. East side of the street.

Large dead limb hanging on electric wire leading to light
Just curious what the city's policy is regarding abandoned vehicles. This vehicle had been sitting in the front yard for over a year now and has not moved. There are small children living in the home and they use it as some sort of playground equipment. Myself, and other neighbors are tired of looking at it. Can anything be done to have them remove it? S. Olcott Blvd and E Winston intersection has two major pot holes. The surface on Olcott has many pot holes that need attention. Thank you.
The trash collectors took only the top bag from our bin this morning, leaving the two below it. Can someone come by to pick these up?
