1018 W First Street: unkempt lawn and unkempt porch. A disgrace for the neighborhood.

Neighbor has allowed bushes in front yard to grow excessively, and sidewalk has not been cleared of large sticks, etc, forcing pedestrians to move off the sidewalk to pass by. Hate to complain about stuff like this but when you pay to be in an HOA its nice to be able to walk on your sidewalk (:

The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. Tall weeds along W. 4th Street near Vectren's property .

Grass & weeds over 18" tall in places. The city continues to ignore this property's non-compliance since Mr. Gul strong armed Linda Thompson in front of reporters. The city spent thousands of dollars fighting this in court. Enforce the code.
