The accidents at Smith and Morningside need to stop. Another just happened. PLEASE put solar flashers on the Smith stop signs or even cross flags to get folks to actually stop there appropriately. Dangerous for cars. Deadly for bikers.
ADVSD THAT SERA-TEC'S DUMPSTER IS OVERFLOWING INTO THE ALLEY THE PARKING LOT AT THE PARKING GARAGE. BIO-HAZARD MATERIALS. STREET DEPT HAS CLEANED THIS UP BUT WANTED SERA-TEC TO BE PUT ON NOTICE.
Sidewalk in front of Sera-Tec Biologicals still covered with ice. Very slick & hazardous. Complaintant spoke with someone at Sera-Tec & they said they had tried to clear it but due to drainage off their roof, ice accumulated too much.
Trash: "We are located at the corner of Washington and Kirkwood. We have complained over and over about the trash from the Chinese restaurant behind us. It is an eyesore to our community. It has been going on for years and no one wants to take responsibility for asking them to clean up their area. Please fine them or what ever you can do. Thank you."
There is a pipe exiting the building on the NE corner that washes across the sidewalk.

Excessive growth, trash everywhere around building. Caller stated the owners of the restaurant leave the country for the summer and the building is not taken care of.
Shrubbery is hanging over the sidewalk at eye level. Hazard to any one walking along the side walk.
