Hello! I am a representative of the Bloomington Highlands HOA, and it has been a concern of many neighbors in our neighborhood that people are parking along our streets to access the Clear Creek trail. It is especially problematic at the entrance to our neighborhood along W. Hennessey St. and up S. McDougal St. Could Parks and Rec post signage along the trail and within our neighborhood explaining that parking is permitted at the trail entrance and not within our neighborhood? There is always a car parked here blocking the entrance to the Winslow rd sidepath. It’s clearly marked for no parking with yellow lines. It’s not obvious why they prefer to park on top of the yellow lines instead of parallel parking both cars on the North side of the street. They do seem to be making an effort to leave space for walkers to get through but never enough space for a bike pulling a trailer

Serious overgrowth in yard. Vermin and foxes are nesting in the yard, causing potential dangerous issues. Owners have been spoken to, and refuse to clean up their yard.

Dead squirrel at the base of the Arden Place sign at the location indicated on the map. Squirrel appears to be roadkill that was moved right next to the side of the road under the Arden Place sign. There are many children and dogs walking in the area so it would be much appreciated if the dead squirrel could be removed.

The sidewalk on the north side of East Moore's between Olcott Rd to just west of Fenbrook is narrow and too close to the road. The road itself is narrow there and there's a lot of fast traffic. It's dangerous, several times I have had trucks speeding by inches from me. West of Fenbrook the sidewalk is crumbling into the road.

My vehicle was damaged by a water main burst around 2 am this morning and I'm not sure who i need to make a damage claim to. My windshield was broken as well as multiple scratches to the paint. I do have video of the water main spraying my vehicle and photos of the damage made from it. I thank you for your time and appreciate your feedback

Intersection of s Piazza drive and e Cathcart street has several open drains/pipes in the road, some with sharp broken metal protruding up. They could cause damage to cars or serious injury to pedestrians crossing the road
