wanted to know what can be done about people around maxwell house parking in the street. the street parking makes it very difficult for the buses and vans to manuever in and around the driveway.
kegeris lives just outside the a neighborhood parking permit area. big problem monday - friday because of school. looking for possible solutions.
Ms. Temple who owns Bloomington Hardware Store would like to sign up for Insight's broadband service for her business. She was told by Insight that this service is unavailable at this address, and that in order to recieve this service it would cost her approximately $10,000. Unable to have broadband is impacting her business. She plans to address the TCC at the next meeting.
Inquiring into where to find a schedule of classes offered by the Parks and rec department
Neighbhorhood Rep contacted Lisa Abbott with update on property status.
Mr. Resch stated that his cable reception is terrible and has been for some time. Mr. Resch stated that he did not receive a satisfactory response when speaking to customer service. Mr. Resch stated that repair would not be able to come to his home for more than one week and was given a 4 hour timetable for service. March 6,2000: Tech crews worked on the feeder line in Clairmont Place and fixed the problem. A service rep verified this with Mr. Resch.
Mr. Whitmer contacted Insight in an effort to add a premium channel to his Classic service. He was told that he must rent a cable box for each TV (at a cost of $3.95/box) in order to view premium channels. His TV is already cable ready and he does have digital service. He would like to know why he must rent the box in order to keep his normal service and add one premium channel.
