Alley/walk-way between old Indiana theater & Oddfellow's building is full of trash. Dumpster is full & there are probably 200 bags of trash all around it. Complaintant said its been this way for weeks.

(Reported 3/4/12) Farm Restaurant had graffiti to building "Always causing trouble", "ACT" "cranberry" in black and silver spray paint
Spray paint used to write "love bear" on the rear of Farm Restaurant.

Kristi Mcartor - (812) 334-7764 filed a complaint about their neighbors trash. Residents of 108 E. Southern Drive's trash is blowing onto Kristi's property.
Notice left/ trash Is new resident still trying to get trash system I explained at length to her.Please go get trash - will be getting new can today.
