The N Walnut St area near N Fritz Dr where the two bump signs have been placed should be repaired as I try to avoid the offset of inches but, other drivers are not patient and feel they can pull on around vs tailgating. After reporting several urgent issues to maintenance Tenant was under the impression that his until would be inspected during the 3 day code inspection dates stated by management however no repairs have been made. Maintenance entered but never returned. For over a year I have reported my toilet and shower bubbling up waste that spills over into closet and connecting rooms. I have also reported several times that my light switches electrocuted my son and that several electronics have been short circuited due likely to unstable flowing electricity caused by water damage in the walls. This also has caused my lights to surge and my over range to fluctuate in temperature. My home floods multiple times a week which has caused the carpet to mildew and mold. Living with these issues have caused respiratory infections for myself and kids.

Using this truck as a dumpster. This time the truck hasn't moved for over a month, last time a couple months. Never moves unless to dump. Wind blows garbage into street. Eye sore. Driveway is always a mess. I have more pics if you need. It's worse if it rains and content gets wet.
