This yard frequently has trash other debris in the yard, tall grass and low-hanging untrimmed tree limbs that are unsightly and maybe dangerous for neighbors and passersby. They also leave the trash cans lying in the yard or on the sidewalk all week long.

Hello - I am the manager of the Osage Place Homeowner Association. The Board of the Osage Place neighborhood is wondering if it is possible to stripe parking spaces on Bernard Street. The goal is to help identify parking spaces and alleviate those parking improperly and leaving large distances (but not enough to park) when parking on the street. going north on walnut, right past ralleys fast food before post office theres a old pawn shop thats vacant. theres lots of trash and clothing piled up there , been there a good while. sad to see this in our city.
