Don't wait 7 days to respond to sidewalk snow removal complaints and then mark them "closed" when it's 54 degrees out and all the snow is melted. Cool how you can just not do your job if you wait until the snow is melted. Maybe we should stop plowing the streets too?
Caller to HAND reports that there is trash (old doors, windows, etc) piling up against the garage of the property. It has been there since last summer.
In Meadowood Subdivision, there is a street light at approximately 1011 E. Sassafras Circle that is blinking off for 10 minutes before flickering in and out. This street light is at the end of the pond. Homeowner states that it is the only white bulb light, all the rest are an amber light. Reporting this was Shannon Storm 812-325-1581. Madison street has pot holes on Madison between 6th and 7th. Any help remedying this would greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It is unclear who has the right of way between southeast bound and northwest bound at the intersection of Fountain and 11th. Southeast bound cars either turn left or continue straight, but there is no yield for either option. A northwest bound car could collide with a southeast bound car turning left onto 11th and there is no signage preventing this.
