This property has been on the market a short time, should be closing in a few days, but they have yet to mow their yard. I believe someone mowed a portion of their backyard for them, but the sides and front and right around the house in the back hasn't been mowed. I hope the new owners don't start their ownership with a yard that hasn't been mowed. Also, not mowing brings more animals around, causing more nuisance. Thanks

Resident has been written up numerous times in the past. Today resident was written up for not having stickers attached to bags and cans. 956
Courtesy pickup per Shelby. Resident, Sarah Thorpe, claimed that trash was out by 5 am and not picked up. Crew 956 stated that trash had not been placed out at curb as they pay special attention to this location due to several write ups in the past.
Other/trash: Her son forgot to put tags on bags this a.m. She went ahead & put them on. Can someone please pick up tomorrow. CDB
