Mrs. Leiter feels that every time *(pls. inquire w/ her for details) she's dealt with our Animal Shelter, the people assisting her have been unwilling and uncooperative. Her experience so far has been so negative that she went to Martinsville to adopt a pet instead of coming to our A.S. There are two commercial dumpster outside of 111 N. Dunn Street. The dumpsters are full of rodents and there are tenants above that can not even open their windows without smelling the garbage.

Raw sewage coming from the rear of the house located at 819 N. Grant to the front sidewalk and driveway of the house located at 322 E. 12th St. Mr. Wisher contacted the residents at 819 N. Grant last week but nothing has been done.
