Hello-There are regularly cars blocking the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd St's a bit after 6pm.I wonder if there's a way for the city to make it clear to ride share drivers and customers of DaVinci that this is illegal and that they cannot block the bike lane. When there are 3-4 cars parked in the bike lane here, it really is no longer a bike lane and instead is a pick up/drop off zone. "Sending people to patrol the area" is definitely not working.  Thanks!

All the storm water runoff from the White Oak Cemetery basin, during very hard rains, cannot be handled by the 4-storm drains near the intersection of 7th and Oak Streets. The excess is diverted through the gravel parking of our neighbor at 1025 W 7th, washing the gravel onto the street. The storm water then turns and washes through the alley between 6th & 7th Streets. It then goes through our carport and yard washing our mulch away in places. Oak street was paved in the past and is higher than the storm drain at 7th and Oak so any excess water has do go through the gravel parking instead of down the street. I would be happy to meet someone to look at this problem. Thanks.

Construction debris is everywhere around the house and not in a dumpster. Debris is blowing in the street. I cleaned up a bit, but it is dangerous and needs to be in a dumpster.

Last summer I contacted the city (Ureport case 192429) regarding city trees in my front yard (tulip poplar) that were infected by a "tulip tree scale" insect. I live in Tamarron and there are a number of other tulip poplar trees infected by the same bug. Haskell Smith said to contact him this spring to let him know and the city will treat the trees to keep them from dying. "Tree-Keeper" database reports 56 Ailanthus altissima ("tree of heaven") trees being maintained by the City. Given this is an invasive plant and is known to be the primary food source for Lycorma delicatula (spotted lanternfly), should the City be obliged to remove these trees that are listed on the State list: ("Prohibited Invasive Terrestrial Plants [312 IAC 18-3-25]", https://ag.purdue.edu/department/entm/iisc/invasive-plants.html) ? If HAND is going to proactively threaten residents by "asking" them to remove something that is not on the State list (e.g., bamboo), it seems profoundly hypocritical for them to not address a serious ecological issue that they are helping to advance.

New BRU burger building has multiple downspouts that drain directly onto the Grant Street sidewalk. I don't believe this is allowed with new construction?
