Going northbound, the left turn signals triggered and at the end of their run the lights switched back to east-west travel, ignoring the cars trying to go north or south. This happened to me 2 times today, 7:15am and 8:30pm.
Red light out on Rhorer at Walnut St. Pike.
Trash around dumpster & mattress. This is an on going problem. They use a private hauler.
Trash all around the dumpster.
Dumpster is over flowing.

TRASH FROM THIS APT COMPLEX IS BLOWING THROUGH THEIR PARKING LOT AND PILING UP.
Dumpster always overflowing on the south side of the building. Only 3 sides enclosed on the dumpster allowing trash to blow onto the yard at 610 S. Grant St. Mr. Hollars mowes the lawn at 610 S. Grant and is tired of always picking up the trash.
Bags must have sticker attached.
