keep finding trash in the city can located @ 6th & college with the above address on it. jeanne walters real estate is what keeps coming up. have sent letter to jeanne walters with no response; trash keeps being dumped into this container.

this is in the building that is also wild birds unlimited. they have no tags again. there are four units in this building. the crew thinks they might have a private hauler? either way it is out on correct trash day; no tags. they found apt. #4 on some info with the trash.
