South of me there is a a large building about 40 feet long that doesn't have gutters it runs down across the road on neighbors which in turn runs toward my house. II have pictures to send in the mail which I wi8ll need to send you because I don't know how to send them in the mail. I have spent 400.00 to put a ridge to keep from running in my yard. I also had a drain dug in my drive about 4 feet from the fence running about 2 foot deep running toward the drain in the back of my house that cost me 650.00. I will write on the back of the picture that will explain what they are for when I send them thank you and I will write on the back . Also in front of garage my small car is on ramps so the water will not get my brake shoes wet and i have to not park my other car about7 feet from the garage so i can;t park a car behind my car. Thank you for taking the time

Large white dog jumped from the fenced in back yard onto the roof of the garage and chased me and my leashed dog down the block. The dog appears aggressive.

I believe that house next door to me (209 E. Wylie Street) is being rented out as an AirB&B. Is this legal?

At 802 E. Hillside Dr, there is a abandoned white sedan. I believe it’s a 1990’s Honda Civic. It’s parked in the side yard as well. Visible from the road.

Residents are storing trash and recycling collection containers on public sidewalk on a permanent basis, and have been doing so for a while. At times containers are moved over to side, at times they are left in middle of sidewalk--but never do they leave the sidewalk. This is an accessibility issue: wheelchairs and strollers are unable to get by and must go into street. Private collection containers should not be stored on public property.

Not the first time when my trash bin is only half emptied by garbage pickup. I realize there are a lot of houses to go through, but the least you all can do is FULLY empty my trash bin.
Street Lights
824 S Clarizz BLVD
- Case Date:
- 10/21/2021
There are no street lights on South Clarizz Blvd, particularly in the area south of Buick Cadillac Rd. It feels very unsafe, there are multiple bus stops and traffic at all hours. It is hard to see pedestrians and as a pedestrian it is hard to see anything when it is dark out (ie. tripping hazards, etc.). Street lights need to be installed in this area, it is extremely dark when the sun is not out.
Sidewalk & Curb Complaints

At the Corner of S Clarizz and E Goodnight Way there are new curbs installed so that you can cross the road. There are major apartment complexes on the west side of Clarizz blvd that use this crossing area frequently. As Clarizz Blvd is quite hilly it is extremely dangerous to cross in this area, often you cannot see traffic coming and traffic does not stop as there is not a formal crosswalk here. It would be great if you could install a painted cross walk at minimum for a crossing like this.
