Earl Young Road, off of SR 45, is in dire need of being repaved. Our street was originally paved in 1994 and after 25+ years of filling and patching, it's finally come to the need of being repaved. While we appreciate the holes being repaired on 4/2-4/3, however, it is only a short-term solution to when those are broken down and back to big ruts we're swerving around to avoid car damage. Our road is very busy and well-traveled. It's hilly, with blind spots so when swerving to miss potholes of the road, it can be dangerous for those coming up on the other side of the blind spot. Our railroad crossings are no longer visible or legally marked. Complaints from residents have been made for years, with no answer for resolution. I hope you take this concern seriously. This property continues to add to the trash and debris in their yard. It coninutally blows onto my property and around to other neighbor's property, too. 156 days has passed since this was last reported. WHY has it taken so long?! There are several grocery carts, a large screen tv and a new addition this week is a refrigerator. The refrigerator could have been picked up by the city, but no. They probably never requested that to be picked up. It is SO FRUSTRATING to have this yard a complete mess and is embarrassing to have friends over. It is PAST TIME to do something about this!

Rideshare drivers (Uber, Lyft, etc) regularly stop and park in the middle of the bike lane at this location while they load up passengers from the nearby rental units. Last evening, I explained to one of them that it was not a place to park, but she just smiled, cackled, and drove off. Is this even a violation, or can they just stop anywhere they please for as long as they like? If it is a violation, and since it's so close to the police station, it seems like there could easily be an officer out there handing out tickets to teach them a lesson. Maybe they eventually will get the message that they don't own the roads.

There was a trash bag left outside in front of the corner apartment at Summit Pointe, facing E Azalea Lane. It apparently became open and now there is trash strewn about the grassy area. There are plastic bottles, food containers, and a weird small glass vial with blue liquid and a plug. It is unacceptable for the apartment manager to not have this cleaned up asap.

Terrible potholes on Third St just before turning south onto Washington, potholes continue on Washington. It's difficult driving to turn onto Washington without crossing lanes or going in a pothole, actually impossible. It's been like this for months. I was afraid I'd damaged my car this morning and I was going very slowly.

We have a drainage pipe? That runs under our ground and out to 10th street. Us custodians try to keep the ditch clean across the yard, but the pipe is so clogged with sand and dirt we’re getting a deep pond after a rain. When the pond water goes over our hill it takes debris with it onto our sidewalk and sometimes to the city bus stop. Is this something you can help with? Thanks!
