On the trail that connects Olcott Park with the Sherwood Oaks Park and the Goat Farm, the lights along the trail stay on all day. In the past, they would turn off when it was bright and sunny out, but not any more. This has been occurring for the last few weeks. It seems like a waste of energy. Thanks!
The yellow paint on the curb on either side of the alley that runs between 205 and 209 East Wylie Street has worn off and needs to be repainted. Cars are parking right at the edge of the alley, sometimes partially blocking it.
There are exposed wires in the ground inside the large dog pen at the Switchyard dog park . There are two wire protection covers side by side on the west edge of the pen in the flat. One of them appears to have been damaged by a mower. There were small chunks of the plastic cap all around the area. It might be wise to fix this so that it will cooperate with future mowing. uReport #176950 submitted previously reads, "The six tall black steel porch swings located in Switchyard Park need to have the pivots lubricated as they are making terrible noises when they're used to swing on." Unless you're waiting on a ladder or a can of WD-40, this ticket appears to have been closed with no action taken. Given that the bearings on the swings are not sealed, it stands to reason that they will need lubrication occasionally. Why not put the task on someone's work schedule?
Truck on parked Washington completely blocking Driscoll. Cars turning onto Driscoll blocked. Asked truck owner to please move. His response was "F... you, call a cop !"

This trash has been on the rear porch all summer long. Animals have picked at this garbage and spread the debris all around. In addition, the black trash can has been at the curb since last week.
