Multiple potholes on West side of our business. Kinser Cleaners 1314 E. 3rd St. I have called multiple times for about a year. My customer's have complained. I have been tossed between the City of Bloomington and IU on whose property this patch of land belongs to. My Dad said that the City has always patched these holes and his family has owned this business for 82 years. This is my last attempt. If I pay for the repairs I will expect to be reimbursed.
