Day in, day out there are still cars parked on the street in the 600 and 700 block of S Eastside Drive, that seem not to have a valid residential neighborhood parking permit or visitor tag displayed: the white Volvo, the grey Toyota Sienna and the red Ford truck (which should not be parked on the street anyway because it is too long).

The light keeps coming on - doing a strobe at times and goes out. It does this non-stop during the night, with it staying out for 15 to 30 minutes at a time, then repeats the cycle.
The fraternity Phi Gamma Delta has been playing very loud music all afternoon and evening, and it is easily heard inside nearby buildings.
