There's a Bradford pear tree on the south side of the lot along Winslow Farm Drive that is damaged and has a low hanging branch over the sidewalk. I believe this is a City street tree.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. People park on Driscoll at corner of Washington AT the stop sign. Essentially makes the street one way. Also you can’t see the speed limit sign in the Driscoll block from walnut to Washington. New building also has no curbing painting for corner of alley along with fire hydrant !!!

There is a sugar maple that is mostly dead in this home's yard. It is a threat to the city bus stop, and school bus stop located on the NW corner of Dunstan & Allendale. Large limbs fall into the street and sidewalk regularly.
