North side of building someone crossed over the fence and spray painted the side of the building. On the opposite side of the building facing 4th street....we have more graffiti which looks to be a tag.

Hello, If you are not the correct contact, would you please forward this as appropriate? I am a faculty member at the School of Education. I walk to work daily and need to cross Third St. at Rose Ave. Is there any chance of having a crosswalk at this intersection? It is often very difficult to cross with the sometimes long lines of traffic coming from both directions. Finding a break in the traffic and competing with traffic turning onto Third from Rose is often very dangerous. Also, since I walk on Rose heading north from Hunter, I am forced to walk on the road until I reach Third St. What are the chances of having sidewalk installed on Rose south of Third?
