Person called to file a complaint of Cans at the curb through 700 S. Washington block. Not specifically 702 S. Washington, but I needed to enter an address.

Neighbor called to complain about trash scattered everywhere from 1315's yard. Animals getting into the bags. She said this happens every couple of weeks

Neighbor complaint of property putting out trash too early. Trash pick-up is Thursday. Property putting trash out on Monday/Tuesday causing animals to open bags/scatter trash.
