There are bags, as well as. lose trash on the property. This seems to be a constant problem. The trash problem has now attracted mice. The citizen has tried to talk to the people with out any results.
The tenants need to clean up the yard where they put the trash & recycleing. Trash cans need picked up, ect.
Mrs. Keys called to voice concern about the tax money citizens pay for students to have large items picked up. I explained to her our trash/sanitation system. She primarily called to complain about a large amount of weeds at 1001 E. 1st, and also weeds in the surrounding area that she thinks need to be removed. (No other specific addresses were given.)

there are weeds over the sidewalk, there are over grown trees, the retaining wall is crumbling.
Weeds in front and back of property. Usually tenants keep trash around the garage, but not today. This is also an unregistered rental (file made).
There is a potential rat problem - there is a compost pile at the back of the house this is possibly drawing the rats.
Overgrown vacant lot at Highland and Miller.
