Is this alley abandoned? If so please forward us instructions on obtaining it. If not the pot holes are pretty gnarly they would take out a tire

Alley way is crumbling
There is a Bird scooter sitting on the HOA sidewalk along Woodbine St. It has been sitting on the sidewalk for several weeks. It needs to be picked up!
Sidewalk on Smith is partially blocked by vegetation just south of this address
Nuisance light Completely unshielded, bright light with the element exposed causing glare and light trespass Not facing the street, facing south, on all the time.
Pothole on south side of E Smith Ave, between S Washington and S Lincoln Street. This hole is deep and will need a fair amount of filling before patching it. Is this section of E Smith Ave between S Lincoln and S Walnut going to be repaved anytime soon ? Because it gets a lot of traffic with families picking up and dropping off students at the project school and has been patched many many times. Thanks, Mark Benton
A handicapped patient has reported tree limbs/downed trees ON/blocking the sidewalk between the apartment complexes, Stratum and the Woods, making the sidewalk impassable. Could it please be cleared? Thank you
I own the law firm at the corner of 4th St. and Walnut Street. My parking lot access is from the alley on 4th street. The city allows street parking on 4th street up to the entrance of the alleyway. When pulling out of the alley, it makes it impossible to see if traffic is heading east on 4th street when there are cars parked in the spots next to the alley. A space or two needs to be removed so that people can safely pull out of the alley to turn left without getting hit by oncoming traffic.
