Homeowner dumping yard waste over fence into the easement. This is against city zoning restrictions. We have already spent almost 2 years to stop this from happening by BBY and Aaron Prange, who does the dumping. He still dumps his yard garbage over the fence into the easement. Sue me. Go ahead. The yard of this home contains trash. There is an abandoned car that has been parked in the same spot for over a year. The windshield is shattered. There are also empty gasoline containers in the yard as well as boxes and childrens toys. The house is overgrown with vines and weeds. The bushes in the front of the yard block the view when pulling out from Southway Dr on to Church ln.
