If you can see the screenshot, you will see three images, one of a tree dedication plaque with a tree misidentified as an Ohio Buckeye. Abundance of stray cats. They are feed outside. All day and night. Upwards of 12 at a time. This is beyond out of control. Is there not a limit on the number of "pets" someone can have in the street before its a nuisance?
