This car has been parked here since Monday. It appears someone may be living out of it. If the person who owns the vehicle is associated with a nearby home, it would be safer for the car to be parked in that driveway.
Light trespass. Exterior lights on the porch unshielded in violation of city code measurably affecting neighboring properties. This is a known issue documented by city site visit measuring light trespass. Currently lights are left on 24/7.
There is an encampment that is not continuously used. It was occupied in the spring of 2024 before the removal of the encampments and the bush hogging of the vegetation to increase sight lines along the B line. Then it became active again during the winter, but now it looks unoccupied again. It seems to be active on and off because the debris and the structure that forms a shelter still remains. Can the encampment be removed to prevent future occupancy of this area?
This apartment is covered in trash. People do not clean up after their dogs, they throw trash into the grass and gardens. There is trash piling up outside their doors, and outside the dumpsters.

Stephen was asking about the city's response to Malibou house as he is a resident of the street on which one of their houses is located and expressed that he is already dealing with the effects of slummy properties, and this is making it much more difficult to deal with. He complained about noise, traffic, and the overall parking nightmare that has become of his culdesac.
There are exterior lights that are very bright and unshaded on the east side of this house that are lighting up neighboring properties. This has been documented by the city as light trespass and is a code violation, but seems like nothing is being done about this. They have been left on for days, day and night, and it is disruptive to nature and it is annoying. Is it ok because they have a million dollar house? Please enforce this. This person always parks their truck up on the sidewalk, partially obstructing it. It is usually on nights and weekends so I'm hoping there is a way to assess this outside of business hours. Thank you.
Can we remove the bump in the middle of the Bryan Park lot at Henderson and Allen? As you turn from Henderson into the parking lot its nearly impossible not to crash into the bump. It makes no sense, has no signage and the paint is always faded. Two grandmas just trying to bring their grandkids to the park hit it this week. How many cars need to be destroyed by this parking lot? Remove it or paint it or put more signage on it.
