I appreciate you mowing so quickly after I called to mow. There is still overgrowth there. Furthermore, I have seen people coming in and out of the empty building that used to be the red cross. I don't think they are supposed to be there. Can you post a sign that says no trespassing? They broke a window within the last week to get in.
Over growth on the corner is preventing stopped traffic on Davis from seeing cross traffic.

Unit 3351. This trash has been here all week and it’s spilled onto patio which the rain washed down the swale into the area behind my unit. I reported to Tempo on Friday it was still here this morning. This was the 2nd. time I have reported to Tempo but I decided to file a UReport this time. I want the neighborhood to look normal this Summer for my Child. He would be embarrassed around his friends back there. Thanks
Second trash bag this week. First is in background. Mother’s Day weekend unsightly. Unit 3351 Oaklawn Circle. I wish to remain anonymous. Along N. Maple St near the Willowbrook Property the road has broken apart in areas and is crumbling. If these repairs could be fixed we would appreciate it, tenants have been complaining about it, however the issues are on N Maple which is not on the Willowbrook property.
In February a water main burst and was promptly repaired. The hole has been filled but complete resurfacing has not been done. When can residents expect this to be completed? Thank you.
Front yard is about a foot tall and was not mowed last summer. The back yard is a bamboo jungle with stalks 30-40 feet tall. The neighbors complain about more insects and snakes since this home has neglected its upkeep.
