On brown lane off of wampler on the north west side of town, the entire gravel road is washed away where it has not been ground or dumped recently.

several potholes in the eastbound side of Rhorer Rd, east of Walnut St Pike

There is a pothole on the South side of Rhorer road (near a driveway, on the edge of the road) when heading east on Rhorer road from the intersection of S Walnut Street Pike & Rhorer Road. Traffic has to swerve due to its size. During rush hour it can get a little dicey.

Broken glass (bottle) on the Polly Grimshaw Trail just north of Eastbay Apartment Complex dumpster area. This has happened 2 times in the last 3 months in the same area. I cleaned up the last one myself since I frequently commute by bike on this route.
