GROUND WATER PRESSURE DAMAGED HER BASEMENT.
SEE ATTACHED LETTER. Mr. Zeller believes that the water problem that he has in his basement is caused by the Carlisle Braking Company which borders his property. He has been dealing with the problem approximately 10-12 years.
Mr. Oeding states that a drain pipe with rock and stone has been installed recently at this address and he believes it "doesn't look right".
Parking lot of 809 W. 1st St. encroackes on the east-west city alley which is located just south of the property.
Tree/bush w/large leaves obstructing view when vehicles pull out of Cory Ln. & going west onto 3rd St. Jerry thinks property owned by Don Cowden.
Garbage cans full of water & are attracting lots of flies & mosquitos. Also...there is a large dead rat floating in trash can. Said it's bloated & huge. She said she will call the Health Dept. if we are unable to address this.

Rental sign in yard makes it difficult to see Atwater when pulling out from Fess.
