He says that the house to the south of him is a rental and the people park in the alley, blocking it., and then cars drive around them on his property. He would like to install some sort of curbing but does not know where the edge of the alley is.
Received complaint week of 8-26-96 concerning water problem @ the alley and sidewalk since the new curb was put in.
Also, 1117 S. Rogers St, 1121 S. Rogers St., 1128 S. Madison St. - trash & garbage left out all the time, not tagged. (1121 is a rental, owner is - Butch Harris)
Saraga Oriental Market has garbage in back.
On 9/2 a car pulling a trailer filled his dumpster. Cost them an extra pick-up. Plate # is 53S 2060. He called the police dept & was told to call CE. He does not want any legal action taken on individual but would like a name & address so that he could write them about this incident.
Weeds in backyard are over 2 feet tall.
Alley behind this property full of yard clippings, tree limbs etc. Skunks, racoons, snakes, opossums, & probably rats live in this. Complaintant said they have complained before but "no action from the city". See attached letter from complaintant for more info.
Ms. Davis stated that her water has been yellowish in color since Saturday (8/24). She can smell chemicals in the water. Ms. Davis further stated that she took a purifier off her water last Saturday due to low water pressure.
Still problems w/1213. Now there is an abandoned pick-up truck sitting on Mr. Brinegar's property. He does not know who property owner is. See previous complaint #C2181.
Sign in lawn advertising 1/2 price drinks on Tues. & Thurs. No permit and/or in R.O.W. Marie wants a call back. She thinks maybe sign is only out on Tues & Thurs.
