The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. The gentleman who called in said that when you pull off of Glendora Drive onto Walnut Street there is a line of sight problem looking to both the North and South. There are bushes and trees that are overgrown.

There is parallel parking in front of the St. Paul Catholic Center at 1413 E. 17th Street. The parking is between the two driveways. There is a line of sight problem as you try to exit either driveway. Schrader is requesting that two parking spaces be eliminated near the East driveway and one parking space next to the West driveway.

This was taken by HAND Dept. The citizen stated that there are flowers blocking the line of sight at the corner of 6th & Oak. They did not state what corner. It was thought to be on the South side of 6th Street.

there is a tree that needs to be trimmed at this location because pedestrian traffic cannot see any oncoming traffic around it. Sounded like he was speaking of the alley.

Intersection of 17th & Lincoln (southside she believes) there are tree limbs hanging down into the sidewalk and blocking view for pulling out onto street. Believes tree belongs to apartment complex.
