I have been picking up broken asphalt pavement for over a year now and have periodically requested a city crew to pick up for recycling for reuse when a significant amount has been collected. I now have enough to justify a pickup. I do this to prevent these materials from blocking the street storm drains and sewers reducing the risk of street flooding.
Hello, I reported a case regarding early morning trash pickup and was told that the waste removal company has been notified that per City code, waste removal is only allowed after 5 am. However, I noticed today and a few days ago, the trash was being picked up before or around 4 am. I hope that the City code is followed because it's been stressful waking up repeatedly by the noise in the middle of the night. Thank you.
there are no sidewalks, and the degenerated street, including a pothole, is a tripping hazard for pedestrians.
People living in cars that are in front on Wheeler Mission. Can’t walk on sidewalk. People sleeping and camping there.
Street light is out at 849 S Morton St.
Both Street lights accross from my condo complex on Covenanter are out and there has been a lot of reporting of homeless living by our creek.
117 S. Heritage Rd. Bloomington. Trash pickup Tuesday, when the time I took the trash can back, found out the lid is completely gone. The trash truck must brocket it and takes it with. What should I do?
Are trains allowed to travel thru city neighborhoods overnight? Multiple times trains have made round trips between 1 & 4 am on the industrial tracks from 84th to Old Shakopee thru Hyland neighborhoods
Wednesday evening 7:30pm: maroon Toyota Rav4 with New Jersey license plates traveling west on 12th Street turned south on Lincoln (against the One-Way direction) and then speeded to the alley where it turned and parked in the back (north side) of this house. This almost caused an accident, and is a recurring problem with this particular address and vehicle ever since August when the new occupants moved in. Likely an undergraduate, possibly one who is either illiterate or just intellectually handicapped, or perhaps the person simply feels entitled to break Indiana driving laws (maybe there are no laws in New Jersey), but more likely it is just an inconsiderate, self-serving, and dangerous person who disregards rules that s/he deems inconvenient and someone who needs to be held accountable. Please do something about this - pedestrians (human and otherwise) rely on the manner and direction of traffic to be consistent and are not expecting vehicles traveling at relatively high rates of speed and headed in the wrong direction.
