The crews that installed the digital fiber in front of my house cut down some small trees, but didn't haul away the branches. The chipper truck came through and picked up tree debris from other yards, but not from mine. Can it still be picked up?

The City (?) plowed the alley to the east of 321 S Eagleson, creating a mound blocking several parking places. Two-fold request if this is in fact a City plow: 1) Please move the mound a little further north to open up private property parking behind 321 S Eagleson. 2) Please advise your plows to refrain from plowing additional snow and blocking the parking areas behind 321 S Eagleson's private parking areas. Lots of dog feces on the B-Link trail are not being picked up by owners. This issue has been happening for several months, despite convenient receptacles. Is it possible to post reminders and/or encourage people to pick up after themselves?
