Sidewalks along South Woodlawn next to Carlisle Break & Friction are impossible to walk on due to snow. It's creating a very dangerous situation for pedestrians.

The walking paths around Bryan Park are sheets of ice. This is a heavily-trafficked area and incredibly dangerous to walk on. One must walk in the road (on busy Woodlawn) to avoid the ice, which is itself dangerous.

Snow has been plowed into large piles on this portion of Allen, making it impassable. This is part of a bicycle greenway, but bikes cannot get through.

The Hawthorne -Weatherstone path is still entirely unplowed. The giant pile of snow at one end was reduced but it is still entirely impassable on a bike. I reported this a week ago and nothing has been done. https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=200058
